How to fix it doesn't work:
1. Make sure your computer / laptop system is Windows 7/8/10 (not applicable to other OS).
2. Check if your USB port is loose, then try another port.
3. Manually download the latest driver from the website in the user manual, then install the driver and restart your computer. (Remove the adapter when you restart the computer.)
4. If you have tried all the above methods and still do not work, please ask for help.
If you want to use two different brands of monitor output, follow these steps:
1. Plug in the HDMI-compatible port first
2. Unless the screen is normal, please connect the USB port
3. Finally insert VGA.
4. When everything is ready, it will take 5 to 10 seconds to automatically connect the computer to the external display.

1. Due to the different monitor and light effect, the actual color of the item might be slightly different from the color showed on the pictures. Thank you!
2. Please allow 1-3cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.
