Command & delivery provisions:

- ask stock before buying.
- our stuff is warranty new, no second / refurbish / recondition.
- order before 16: 00 wib, sent the same day.
- order after 16: 00 wib, sent the next day.
- to go-send sameday, above 15: 00 will be delivered tomorrow.
- sunday off, sunday order will be delivered on monday.
- the red date (except sunday) stays open, stuff shipped the next week 's day, (except j & t can same day)
- for led / lcd / touchscreen we suggest using wooden packaging, if any physical damage is broken or anything else caused by the expedition trip, then it 's out of our charge.

Item return provisions:

- the goods we sent were tested by our technicians.
- warranty cancels if the item is exposed to water, no components burn, no broken / broken (lcd / led / touchscreen) physical defect, no human error & broken seal
- things that don 't work when they' re accepted must be accompanied by video evidence.
- the items that have been bought cannot be returned (unless the replacement stock runs out)
- return of goods at the buyer 's responsibility (pp)
- our warranty claims to change new goods, not service.
