This set contains 4 sheets of FEP polytetrafluoroethylene film and 3 free replacement plastic spatulas. It is recommended to replace these sheets regularly to reduce printing failures and obtain the best print quality.
FEP PTFE film has high UV resistance and can withstand the high temperature caused by the continuous use of UV SLA 3D printers' standard operations. The sheets are transparent, and more than 95% of the ultraviolet radiation is not affected. Once the protective film is deformed, discolored or damaged, the efficiency is much lower. This will cause printing to fail, while others may have succeeded.
Three plastic scrapers are included in the package. Regular replacement of a new plastic scraper can help avoid damage to the plastic scraper once it is installed at the bottom of the resin basin. Once deformed or damaged, these squeegees may scratch or distort the FEP film, which will result in printing failure and reduced printing quality. Do not use metal scrapers or spades on the film.
These FEP films are compatible with the following printers: ELEGOO Mars/Longer Orange, Any Photon/Photon S, Creality LD-001, EPAX X1 and Wanhao Duplicator 7/ plus/ 8.
